In the Ring Sports:
Our mission at In the Ring Sports is to ensure our members achieve their personal goals. If your dream is to earn a black belt, practice self defense, compete in a ring sport, or get in the best shape of your life, we will be with you each step of the way.
A few quick facts!
- All trainers at In the Ring Sports are experienced competitive practioners of martial arts. Unlike most martial art facilities our instructors have real "Ring Time"(competitive records in their respected sport). Each instructor carries their own distinct experience ranging from a 1997 Junior Olympic Gold Medallist to professional and amateur mixed martial artist.
- Trainers at In the Ring Sports continually work on increasing their own skills and knowledge of martial arts by working with a network of professional athletes both locally and throughout the country. To bring you the best trainers we encourage our staff to continue sharpening their area of expertise by continually testing their skills and working as a team.
- In the Ring Sports IS NOT a typical "Karate" school. We offer a large array of martial arts and fitness classes for improving your overall health, learn a proven forms of self-defense, and if you want to compete get you ready for competition. A few select classes do utilize a belt ranking system, however, we do not follow a promotion schedule and each student progresses independently.
- In the Ring Sports is equipped with a regulation sized boxing/MMA ring and over 1,500 sq/ft of mat space. Our facility houses Muay Thai and boxing heavy bags, speed bags, and specialty bags including wrecking balls, angel bags, and tear drop bags to help maximize your martial arts training.
- We offer a variety of membership options to fit your budget and classes are designed for both the novice beginner to the professional competitor. Please call or register for your free week now and learn how training at In the Ring Sports is affordable and easy to get started.
